Throw Out Your Plastic Hair Brush

Good morning. It is Monday who's already having a great Monday? quick tip before I go to work today is why I wouldn’t use a plastic hairbrush. I use a wooden hairbrush because I don't want to use a plastic one on my scalp. Why don't I want to use a plastic hairbrush? because your scalp is full of pores.
This wooden brush I use even has bristles that are made out of wood.

When a wooden hairbrush goes through your hair is going to naturally absorb the oils or serums you put in and then evenly distribute them throughout your hair.

We hear a lot about heavy metals getting stuck in the body and toxins but Plastics are the really big offender. if you are to get plastic in the body, it's very difficult to get it out and plastic will actually try to migrate towards itself inside the human body. It's super creepy!
Even worse, some plastics are generational meaning they never leave your body and when you have children, they get passed down to your children.
