This is what happens when I listen to health books.
I’m about to run out to the office, but I'm making it a priority to do my supplement videos. So I will do really quick overnight oats. My hands when really hurting me again. So we're going to load up on supplements and hope that it fixes it. I had this horrible issue of my hands for about a decade but I haven't seen it since I got super healthy with all the supplements and now it's back and this hurts so badly, I can barely hold my phone with this hand.
Even when we think we're handling our stress if our stress isn't handled properly our body is going to manifest that stress into physical form and that's how we end up with things like this.
So even though I feel like I'm doing okay. These supplements will help!
Toco - This vitamin E Source is bioavailable. This will make your skin glow your skin. Then I'm going to use my zinc source. Always make sure I add a little Copper from my fridge whenever taking any form of Zinc.
It's always a 20 to 1 ratio with copper. That's because zinc is going to Leach copper to your body, but don't worry if you eat a lot of grains there's a lot of copper in our food source. Next ill goes in with glutamine. I basically eat and drink this all the time because my digestion has been slowing down with my stress load Then I am going in with collagen will keep you looking young. It is cheaper than Botox lol. Lastly, I will use Bee Pollen, this is great for seasonal allergies.
