Working on my self-love game. 🎯 One of my largest goals of 2021 has been removing myself from the need for validation in all arenas of the game of life. I got really clear this year on how my life, decisions, personality, art… everything was unintentionally being fuelled and affected by validation. During my research of game theory, I learned in-depth how social platforms are designed as attention-based business models which are gamified through validation in order to hack our brains and create dopamine dependency and addiction. In order to break the cycle one must master validating the self - 💥 enters the heart wall idea! 💞 Turned my affirmations into a heart-shaped ❤️ wall.
