Me after seven courses with Pairings at Dill, Iceland’s First Michelin Star ⭐️restaurant. Congratulations to Dill for landing the country’s first star. ⭐️And if you ask me it was well deserved! Dinner lasted 4 hours and the servings were perfection. Now for their wine pairings… these are not small sips; they pour you an entire glass each time! Be prepared!

Decor: 8/10 - Dark but very vintage feeling with candlelight.
Food: 10/10
Wine Pairings: 8/10 (I was not a fan of the beer or sweet wine).
