The last two years have been rough - on everyone. Everyone's world got shook, and our understandings of how we live life was turned upside down.
We THINK our friends are ok; we THINK everyone is doing fine - everyone is smiling on social and posting highlights, AND behind the scenes, things aren't always so pretty as their digital counterparts. We love our friends and family, and it's more important than ever to MAKE SURE they know that.

You may assume someone knows you care or love them, don't make that assumption. REMIND THEM! Take actions to show your love and appreciation. And then take more actions, show up for who matters to you. Over and over again.
