In scientific terms - your words create toroidal fields as they leave your mouth.  The word ‘Lungs’ originally means ‘large storage container.’ Storage for what? ‘Wind.’

In all ancient languages, there is only ONE word used for Breathe, Wind, and the Soul.

As we speak - each letter and vowel creates a unique field - and each unique field creates a unique reality.
Give it a google, it's gonna blow your mind.
We speak ONTO our lives. This is why it is said that you are the CREATOR of your life.

In energy terms - 25% of your Qi - Your life force lives in your breath - behind the thyroid - This is why so many women have thyroid issues - it is actually lack of life force due to not living aligned with one purpose or speaking one's truth - but that's a subject for another day -

This is why it was said that 'death and life are in the power of the tongue.’ The tongue is the gatekeeper to the reality we experience. - It is also why SPELL-ing has a history in speaking one's destiny.
