When I first started my Vision Board, I knew it worked because everything came TRUE, but I didn't know HOW it worked—the science. Yes, there is a science. Our brains are extremely powerful - You can learn to train and establish neural networks of your choosing while pruning those you do not want.

Remember, the brain can not tell the difference between imagery and real-world experiences. It all carries the same weight in our minds - the more times you look at it, the stronger the connection grows. From there, your RAS (reticular activating system) will step in and do its part to carry you to your goals!
