3 years! Yup, we have crossed the 3-year mark with The Arm Greal-estate-office-makeover-the-arm-grouproup - 3 years since we opened the door to our first office. What a wild ride it has been. Ups and downs... and oh the lessons! Endless learning lessons. Our office has been a constant flow of transformation and improvement based on the lessons we learn. As we learn, we rebrand and improve our processes and systems. Today we are rebranding our windows and storefront with bigger bold writing and fonts to help our exposure in the strip mall we are located in. Gotta get as much traffic through the doors as we can! It's all a game when it comes to branding, and each and every tweek ups our conversion rates and thus creating more sales and smiles for our agents!
