Door Knocking Challenge - How to Door Knock as a Realtor

Practice, practice, practice! No matter how hard something may seem. The more you do it, the better you will get at it. Find what best works for you and give it all you have every day. Here at The Arm Group goal setting is a must. This month we're getting down to business with door-knocking, which happens to be our biggest source of leads! This week Jas and I are getting back to our roots and making our way through Blueridge. After an afternoon of, may I say, crushing it, we rewarded ourselves by creeping on my old house (P.S. if you happen to see you two hyperactive blondes outside your window... don't worry about it too much, okay?) With the help of Caroline and BabyBoss we met our outstanding goals. We met some lovely people along the way - ones we'd later mail thank you notes (always follow up, team) - which just goes to show: commit yourself to something you care about, and you will get results. I am so proud to have cultivated such a motivated and high-achieving work environment. Keeping things light (with partner dance lessons) but goal-oriented produces the highest quality of work. I am inspired by the people around me every day and my work prospers because of it. Lessons today: surround yourself with people you admire, set your standards high, and reach your goals with dedication and fiery passion. Who inspires you in your life?
