On days like today where I literally have a thousand things to do. It is my process as an organization that saves me. This is Asana where I store my Real Estate Master processes and checklists for running my business. If I click on any activity I do at my job, I have the entire process broken down into step by step lists.
it doesn't matter what I do at work, whether it be setting up an open house or a new listing. I have a checklist for everything, you can see the different categories - prospecting, marketing, new listings, sold, and office system. So when I'm super tired, and I can't think anymore but I have tons of work to do - I use my own checklists. The single program probably saves me 20 hours worth of thinking every single week.
If you're a really busy agent, sometimes it's not that you don't know how to do what you're doing - It's just you're tired because you're doing so many things. I don't like to have to think when I do my processes - thus I have a checklist for everything I do in my job. Say I've got to upload a new listing - boom. Here's the checklist. So if you're loading a new listing you just go down the steps print it off check them off and you are done. And by the way, did I mention that an Asana is a free program - almost all the programs that use for my real estate or free I actually spend very little money on real estate. I've learned to harness free programs and apps that help me make more money without spending more money,
