About Affirmations

There are a lot of ways you can write relationship affirmations.
I’ve provided a page of examples here.
As you’ll see, they can be so much more than simply, “I am in love.”
This list includes sentences such as
“I am loved and cherished for who I am.”
and
“I remove any internal blockages that prevent me from receiving love.”
These kinds of affirmations work on your subconscious mind on a much deeper level!
All of this is about affirming for yourself
that you have set the foundation for the partner to enter your life.
That you are ready - you know what you want,
you know what you desire
And youre to receive it.
If this is your first time trying something like this, you might be uncertain about it and wondering, how does this work?
Think about it as planting seeds.
Understand that you must
trust the process and trust in the seeds that you are planting.
Let’s refram this for a moment - when you plant letus in your garden, you do not worry that carrots will grow. Or cucumbers. Or tomatoes.
You know you planted letus, so you expect letus.
Take this mentality into your personal life with the goals you plant as seed in your subconscious.
Trust what you plant.
The Universe knows how and when to align your desires into your life.
your part is to express your desires and stay in alignment
The most important thing you should be focused on and working on each day
Is your alignment.
You must match the vibrational frequency of the partner you want to call into your life.
AND be patient. Some things might happen quickly.
Other things might take more time.
Do not get discouraged!
Just keep going!
And approach anything that doesn’t work out along the way as a lesson to help you move forward.
When you create your affirmations, I also encourage you to say them out loud. Over and over and over again. Yes, this really does work. You can condition yourself into the life of your dreams.
Once I am done saying mine out loud, i love to end them off with
“My life is this or something better, It came to pass as it was spoken.”
Saying your relationship affirmations out loud actively aligns the energy in your life.

Every word you think or say has a part in what you are creating. For now though, it’s important to know that ALL of your words about relationship and love are important pieces that have a part in what you are manifesting into your life. In this case, your relationship affirmations are calling the partner you desire into your physical reality.
If you want to take it to the next level, you can create recordings of yourself saying these affirmations and listen to them on your headphones throughout the day. That’s part of a brain hack that I also teach in School of Soul!
